Brian Said, a professional baker and innovative entrepreneur, and his son Michael, a successful restauranteur, are the creative minds behind the highly orginal Bon Fromage concept.
As a young man, Egyptian born Brian joined one of the largest bakeries where he learnt to
make bread the way the French do, using only the best ingredients and
